Does this system require a water line or plumbing connection?

No — the ROCT-C1 is a 100% standalone countertop RO system. Just fill the water tank, plug it in, and enjoy purified RO water in minutes. No installation, drilling, or tubing required.

What kind of water does this system produce?

The ROCT-C1 uses advanced reverse osmosis filtration to remove up to 99% of contaminants and produce ultra-pure water. It dispenses both chilled and room temperature RO water.

How often do I need to replace the filters?

Filter life depends on usage and water quality, but under normal conditions, the ROCT-C1 filters last around 6-12 months. The system alerts you when it’s time to replace them.

Can I use well water or softened water with this system?

The system works best with municipal tap water. It is not recommended for untreated well water, which may contain high sediment or bacteria that could damage the RO membrane.
