That plastic tube helps slow down the flow of water! When using it, you can first slip it over the plant watering globes; as the wooden stick has already drilled a hole in the soil, you can easily insert the plant watering ball into the soil. Please note, that the actual flow rate depends on the type of soil—gravelly soil will allow the water to drain away very quickly.

Plant Watering Globes can be inserted diagonally or horizontally in the flowerpot, but the main influence on the dripping speed depends on your soil quality, and it has a relationship with the soil quality! If there is soil in the leaking port, the water will be discharged much slower!

11.81 inches in height. It can be used in various plants and larger pots, to provide sufficient water for your plants.

Obviously the larger globes hold a bit more water. you can used a pencil to create a hole in the dirt before inserting the globes as didn’t want to apply too much pressure – since they are glass. The globes drained slowly over one weeks.
