Why is there dark residue when I first clean the new canister?
The faint dark substance is safe manufacturing‑stage polishing wax,the residue is food‑grade polishing‑wax used to shield the stainless‑steel surface during manufacturing.
Soak with hot soapy‑water, scrub gaps with a soft cloth, rinse and air‑dry.
Why does the rubber gasket keep falling‑off from the lid every time I open the storage canister?
The rubber seal may slip out from the slot due to improper installation.
You can refer to our installation tutorial video for the correct mounting method.
After you install the gasket into the lid notch properly, it will stay in place for normal use.
